Feasibility concept designs and planning pack
The proposal seeked to readapt the existing building into a modern community space that welcomes the Riddlesdown community, whilst retaining the visual character of
the local area. The overall strategy was to:
- Reconfigure the existing spaces to accommodate a new canteen kitchen area for hire
- Introduce a new side extension, creating a new community hub for local residents
