Chromastruct

Chromastruct developed concept drawings for a proposed side extension to a Victorian terraced house. The client sought to expand the space and incorporate a utility area with a downstairs WC. To ensure accessibility from the front to the rear of the property, the side extension had to maintain a 1m distance from the adjacent side path.

We offered design solutions that met these requirements while remaining respectful of the building’s character and the surrounding area. Additionally, the design included a glazed lean-to roof with dark timber, which provided an opportunity to bring more natural light into the space.
