Chromastruct

Chromastruct was appointed by Gbolade Design Studio to carry out design and prepare concept design drawings for planning submission and a 3D model for client presentation. The brief was to finalise a double storey side extension, rear dormer loft conversion and interior refurbishment for a young family.

In addition, the design incorporated sustainable measures to improving the building fabric. External insulation would wrap around the front and rear building envelope on the ground and first floor. This would ensure a air-tight, thermal performance from the existing walls, without compromising the structure.

The planning package was completed successfully and in the process of submission.
